ANY RETURN WILL HAVE BEEN ENABLED BY OUR SERVICES
Excluded from repayment of benefits and will not be refunded (have) nor exchanged:
- Any product that has been damaged
-all returned product without return number
-The product promotional offers (including package)
- The products have been washed or ironed by the client (for hygiene reasons)
unclaimed-products in the mail
-Fixed delivery due to wrong address
Receipt and return a faulty item
The greatest care is taken in the preparation of your order. However, it can happen that a package is damaged during transportation. If you notice that the box is damaged, please do not accept the package. The latter we will have returned. After receiving your parcel, we will refund via a credit within thirty days the sum corresponding to the returned products.
RETURNS TO BE SHIPPED WITH TRACKING LOW
If a damaged package is accepted, you must make reservations with the carrier. We suggest you indicate on the carrier, in addition to your signature, the damage observed on the merchandise and / or possibly missing items.
In case of exchange of size, returns must be accompanied by the invoice, a paypal invoice will be sent upon receipt of your package to the return postage. (Ranging from 2.50 to 20 euros depending on the order). This amount will be specified at your request for exchange of size via your client account.
If a package has not been received after 55 days (sending offered or recommended) please send an email message to our customer service team will look after you in priority (checks will be of use).
OBVIOUS REASONS FOR ATTENTION ALL SIZE EXCHANGE OR CHANGE THE MODEL TEE SHIRTS WILL NOT MENTIONED IN PASSING OR MACHINE IF THEY ARE DAMAGED.
